How to read the register
Coverage and verification are two different questions. A model can be fully documented and still rest on a source nobody has inspected.
- Covered — the conceptual scope is substantively represented on its destination page.
- Partial — represented, but a specification, format, procedure or source remains open.
- Missing — no substantive destination coverage.
- Verified — a source was inspected and supports the claim.
- Owner-asserted — stated by the owner; the cited document has not been supplied for inspection.
- Unverified — a source is named but has not been produced or concluded.
- No source — nothing exists to verify against yet.
Coverage never means built, live, certified, externally validated or approved for publication.
